How long is warranty?

Chichse warrants to the original consumer that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser, We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period:Upon receiving the product, we will carry out repairs within 7 working days. We will bear the shipping costs.

What is not covered?

Wear & tear
Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
Failure to maintain
Commercial or institutional use
A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
Any item where an alteration has been carried out
Clearance and/or display products
Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees
