Cancel Order

ChicHse will arrange delivery within 1-2 working days after receiving the order (postponed for holidays). Before your order is shipped, you may cancel by giving us written notice your order. Such notices must be emailed to support@chichse.com with "Cancel my order" in the subject line and remark your order number. You cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

The shipping companies that ChicHse chooses to deliver are 1.DHL Express, 2.UPS, 3.FedEX, 4.USPS, You may track your order by visiting them official website depending on the courier used.

We only ship to the United States, Excludes related islands and states, such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, etc.

Order tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us within 24 hours, which contains a tracking number that you can use to check its status. If you have not received your package within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@chichse.com with your email or order number, and we will investigate for you.

Buyer provides wrong or inaccurate shipping information. The recipient could not be reached within the effective delivery time. The recipient refuses to accept the package if it is intact. The recipient did not cooperate with the logistics company to complete customs clearance in accordance with local regulations. Laws and policies that cause packages to be returned. As ChicHse products are usually more valuable, please check the packaging when shipping. Do not sign for or open the package if it is damaged or deformed. In this case, please contact us.

If you are unable to pick up your order at your address, you can email us and we can arrange for a courier to drop your order at or near a safe location. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise that you choose not to sign for. Unfortunately, once the order has been left at the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage that may occur.Once you (or someone else on your behalf) have signed for the merchandise, ChicHse will take into account whether you accept the package, quantity and product. In order to protect your rights and interests, it is strongly recommended that you take a complete unpacking video and check the items against the packing list. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us at support@chichse.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue immediately.
