Returns and Refunds

Chichse is obligated to provide return services to all customers.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request to cancel an order via surppot@chichse.com or +86 18782937520 on CHICHSE official website within 48 hours of placing the order. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

We will not charge any return handling fees.

Lost/Damaged Products

If the product is undelivered or lost, please contact us immediately with your email or order number, and we will refund or replace it once verified.

If the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately for a refund or free return or replacement. You need to provide a video or picture of the damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product as evidence. We will refund or provide a free return or replacement once confirmed.

If you are not satisfied with the product due to personal reasons (dislike, not needed), and it is not a quality issue, you have the right to receive a refund after returning the complete, unused, and original packaging of the product. However, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

If the product you receive is damaged or missing due to the seller's fault, you can return the product and get a refund/exchange, and the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs.

30-Day Refund Guarantee

To make customers feel secure in their purchase, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, no refunds.

Return and Refund Process

1.Email us at support@chichse.com, stating the reason for your return. Include the order number, clear pictures or videos of the product, and the shipping package.
2.We typically respond within 1-3 business days to determine the eligibility of your return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Items must be in their original condition for a refund.

- Clearance items are not eligible for return.

3.Upon approval, we will provide a return label and return address.
4.Your return will be inspected within 1-2 business days upon receipt at the warehouse.
Refunds will be made from the original source of purchase.

Note: Do not return the purchased product to us without obtaining a return form. We will not reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning unwanted products to us.

Refunds

For non-quality issues, refunds can be provided according to the "30-Day Refund Guarantee". Customers are responsible for return costs

For quality issues, full refunds in 30 days of purchase. The customer does not need to bear the return costs, the return costs are borne by chichse.

Once buyer return has been received and inspected, we will send buyer an email informing buyer that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If buyer are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment within 14 days.

Note: If you have not received a refund within 14 working days, please carefully check your bank account before contacting your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@chichse.com.
